If Everton win tomorrow I still reckon we'll finish 4th. Not concerned about this result tbh. Im not surprised either. If they manage to win away from home against Fulham next wednesday however, and continue to get results against the ****e sides away from home, then i'd start gettin worried... Right now though, we're still just as much in it as we were before this match. Our aim tomorrow was always to win anyway, absolutely nothing has changed.

It's pretty effective tbh, but it's just a refined version of what Villa do, really. They sit and absorb and then break through some quite pacy wingers in space or for Coutinho to put Suarez or Sturridge in behind the defence.

I think the last 13 games they face will see teams countering that with numbers behind the ball, get a goal and force them to play something more like a passing game.


I try to calm the nerves of the faint hearted on here after they start pissing themselves in the wake of every big Liverpool goal win. They just cant help themselves.

Liverpool dont do consistency.
