Your description is all right, you just dont allow for having a team full of treatment room graduates and an unfamiliar back four trying to carry a plan out.

The system is fine. He'll use it game in game out. It depends on players being 100% and pressing and being able to get back when faced with a counter...something we palpably couldn't do in the Derby.

Thing is mate Bobby knew the state of the team going in, in retrospet he should have adjusted for it going in, rigidly sticking to a way of doung somwthing without the personell and shoehorning players into it is what we all slated moyes for, bobby got the derby well wrong and its to hope we adjust shouldsimilar happen again
