Why are managers not dealing with their simple "pressing in your face" style that they adopt?

I have been onto it since September, why are the other managers not?

It's can't be THAT hard to counter...

Because it's not that simple. It is a VERY well worked tactic and it's not their only one. Coupled with having Gerrard, who whilst not as good as he was, still capable of some quick balls that can set up an attack and 2 unbelievably good players in very good form.
It's not as easy as noticing the problem then fixing it

To be fair what the odds of Skitel whatever his name is to score 2 headers in the first 10 minutes.
 
it's a simple tactic they have but very effective. Come out full pelt for the first 15 minutes, build a lead and then counter the rest of the game. Teams need to sit back initially at Anfield and let them wear themselves out and then attack them in the second half, a sort of football version of the Ali V Foreman tactic
