In a team that year on year buys whoever they want. Money is no object for them.

They aren't that good, just because they're embarrassing Arsenal just the way they did Everton, they are still 4th and miles behind City and Chelsea in quality. They are a good team, not great by any means though. Great teams don't come fourth.

I think it shows that overall the Premier League is a stronger league than La Liga by a bit of a distance.

Well it is a combination of good from Lpool awful from The Arse and a measure of good fortune..

At least when our half fit XI got hammered we competed and had no luck at all when the game was in the balance. Arsenal have done a disappearing act.

pretty much this really. arsenal have always been weak at set-plays, i'm guessing by the fact skrtel has two they both came from set plays? liverpool play some dull stuff considering how much their squad costs, but it's a results based business.

i personally think they'll struggle next year with europe and league with this squad - barring their two strikers, it's not great really.

I think a lot on here have got it spot on, for all the tiki taka talk last season Rodgers has done a massive u-turn and decided to play the Allardyce way but instead of big men it is pacey men.

Fair play to them though it is working (at home).

It's not even being outplayed, it's like they've just ignored whatever the other team is doing and gone out there to make them look completely incompetent.

Men against boys levels of embarassment for both ourselves and Arsenal.

Thankfully if we win tomorrow we're still only 2 points behind them!
