United played alright, but being toothless in attack and awful in defence is never a good combination.

Chelsea have got players who can really hurt you, United are looking to the likes of Young and Valencia for some magic and therein lies the problem.

That second goal was so typical of us under Moyes.

Everbody back for a corner......when the ball is cleared out the box an opposition player has plenty of time to pick up the ball and put it back in the danger zone.....and voila.

ramires had about 10 mins to decide what to do with that, funny how despite all those men back, there was still nobody to be seen marking the only player in a dangerous position.

You missed the first 15 minutes when United could and should have been two up. If they'd got their noses in front this would be a different game.

Next goal will be interesting. United get it and we'll see if Chelsea are the ruthless title winning machine they ought to be. Moyes needs to get Hernandes on and see if he can snap up a chance.

At the end of October I thought Chelsea was the team most likely to fall out of the top 4. However they just keep grinding out 3pts even when they outplayed. If they were going slump they would have already.

play him on the wing yeah because he'll offer more hardwork than young, but over hernandez when you have your bets two strikers out is terrible.

He's lost to Us, RS, newcastle, city, spurs and chelsea will soon be added to that, he's played most of them at home. Given his shocking record at everton away at good sides, i can't see them being in contention for top 4 with 5/6 games left tbh.

Best result especially now would be Chelsea to turn it into a hiding. Entirely possible and will put even more negative pressure in utd's dressing room that should see them safely behind us for remainder of season. Just spurs & RS to deal with then.
