IMO it was not a penalty the ball was hooked right up in the air over the Goalie well before fallingf and there was no way even if he had not come down was he going to score, there were two defenders behind the goalie. HIs foot caught the goalie's shoulder when he was jumping.

The other two must like eating grass.
