The contrast when City play a top team and an ordinary one is huge. It's as if the City players just think they need to put their kit on against the ordinary sides.

They've already played top clubs - they do HAVE to play 'lesser clubs' too.

Let's not be churlish about it. Six wins on the spin is good going. They are right back in the mix.

How you can say Liverpool will definitely finish top four is beyond me. Why, for example, would they definitely finish above us? We are as good if not better than they are. And I'd also extend that out to Newcastle.

United are scraping by. They will get beat by both top clubs and lesser lights a few more times yet this season.

Suarez is virtually guaranteed to score every time he plays and the youngsters around him (Sterling, Henderson and Coutinho) are growing in confidence all the time. They looked good at City and were unfortunate to lose. We haven't got the same goal threat as them- both Suarez and Sturridge have scored more than Lukaku. And they've only conceded 4 fewer than us.

I said on another thread I hope the 'Osman Back Pass' doesn't go down as another 'Kevin Brock Back Pass' moment (in reverse).

IMO he's one of those players who scores goals but doesn't do much else, could be a decent option off the bench but not as a regular for a team with European aspirations
