One of our worst ever signings. Totally out of his depth playing deep in midfield. He has no tactical awareness, can barely tackle and his passing range is about 5 yards. He's so slow our whole team becomes less dynamic and more predictable as a result. For a bigman he's easily pushed off the ball. He's also soo poor at tackling its unreal, he just fouls and barges people out of the way. He has no sense of anticipation, he can't read or sense danger very well and as a result when he charges upfield pressing by himself he's easily bypassed.

Awful Awful signing. If we do inevitably come in for Baines we should just offer a straight swap between to the two. With you probably paying us 5m.

Horrendous player. When Cleverley comes in our team and looks 10x the player you know he has problems.

if he's so bad, why did he bully you in the 4-4 draw which cost you the title and also in the 1-0 win 1st game last season?

It was obvious to all but the brain dead from about 6 weeks back or so that United (despite their hiccups versus us and Newcastle) were beginning to hit some solid form and would kick on.

I've said all along mate, top four will be:

City
Chelsea
Arsenal
United

...though not necessarily in that order.

Those four squads - despite the CL obligations - are head and shoulders above all others in the PL.

United haven't been playing anyone. Since the two defeats they've had:

Villa away- Who have lost at home to Liverpool, Newcastle, Spurs, Everton and Palace.
West Ham home- The Hammers have lost away games to Liverpool, Palace, Norwich and Hull.
Hull away- The KC stadium isn't an easy place to go but they got lucky with the og.
Norwich away- The Canaries aren't too bad at home and United did just enough.

I listened to it on Five Live and the consensus was that United look much more solid at the back with Vidic returned to the line up but that they had zero creativity.

They've got Spurs (h), Swansea (h), Chelsea (a), Cardiff (h), Stoke (a) and Fulham (h) coming up.

They should beat Cardiff and Fulham. The other games could go either way. They've got quite a few injury concerns (Rooney, Van Persie, Nani, Jones and Rafeal) and I'm not sure they'll be able to continue grinding out wins.

I think Liverpool will definitely finish in the top 4, most likely with City, Chelsea and Arsenal.

They've already played top clubs - they do HAVE to play 'lesser clubs' too.

Let's not be churlish about it. Six wins on the spin is good going. They are right back in the mix.

How you can say Liverpool will definitely finish top four is beyond me. Why, for example, would they definitely finish above us? We are as good if not better than they are. And I'd also extend that out to Newcastle.

Difference then he was used in a more advanced position. He was a battering ram for Moyes at Everton playing behind the striker. Moyes wouldn't dare play him there with Rooney/Welbeck/Kagawa/Januzaj who can all play the #10 position.

He's being asked to resemble what Micheal Carrick does for us and is failling miserably.
