Certainly allowing Mahrez, Sterling, Jesus, Zinchenko and Gundogan to leave and replacing them with inferior players apart from Haaland has left them looking vulnerable.

What’s odd about City this season is their lack of control in matches. Conceding quite a few. Pep’s teams usually dictate football matches to almost boring levels. They’re seemingly involved in goal-fests quite often.
