The movement looks as if he's trying to either jump high for a header or going for a high ball, but the problem is that he's absolutely miles away. Nowhere near!

You could say momentum has kept him going, however why he's done it in the first place is where the confusion comes. It's a red all day because of that.

The festive break excuse is probably the most sensible, as nothing else does. He doesn't play now until the 5th January in the cup.
