Well they're away to Arsenal in the 3rd round of the FA Cup so even they would surely wait until January? Also they're not in the Champions League so they can't win the treble or the quadruple.

Fair play to Villa, ride their luck tonight but that's a great season so far for them considering they have a fairly moderate squad.

Not saying they're not outperforming their budget but they have spent shed loads tbf. But they've been smart to concentrate the spending (aside from Stevie Me's spell) on quality European talent as opposed to overrated guff from this league like too many of our big transfers in the past.

Same as late last season when the blew 2-0 leads at RS and West ham, also were 3-1 down home to bottom placed Southampton when they could have went top. No winning mentality like the other two.
