Ye i agree but i think if you look at tonnes of “ silly yellows” you could make a case for them being on purpose

True. However I imagine most of them are when a player wants to get a suspension out the way before a more important match.

There is a lot of that in Spain and I have a vague memory of one case (can't remember who) where it was so obvious the ref simply refused to dish out a yellow. May be my wishful thinking playing tricks on my memory.

Silly yellow coinciding with a prior bet on a yellow is very suspicious.

McKenna would be far better if he went to Brighton for a few years then Man Utd/Chelsea. Jumping straight into a top 6 club might not be the smartest idea imo.
