Not sure what his problem is?
Unfortunately for Spurs fans, the rs have booked all flights from every airport to Madrid, so better start walking.

Madness. Although we have had at least one City fan trying to off-load his Madrid flights on our forum....

Dunno about everyone else but what a horrible situation this is. Obviously we need Spurs to win but any other time I can’t be having Spurs win European cups like. Just highlights even more how far behind we have fallen.

Been there before. Theres no "obviously... but.." for me. I wouldnt even care if they were playing Accrington Stanley in Madrid and lost. Trophy-less would be the desired outcome...not from though, as they would accuse, bitterness or jealousy. If they had an iota of humility or some lack of arrogant self entitlement Id wish them well especially the old school supporters. For those that are left, like.

"Winning the Champions League? It would be fantastic, no? Close the five-year chapter and go home,”

Pochettino said, pre-match. This cryptic comment fitted a pattern of him alternately buddying-up to his chairman, Daniel Levy, and intimating that time is running short for him in north London. For emphasis, he said: "It's not a joke, why?"

Zinedine Zidane’s return to Real Madrid closed off one route the Spanish media insist was open to Pochettino last year. But nobody would now say Ole Gunnar Gunnar Solskjaer has blocked the road to Manchester United.

Remind me why on earth United thought the easy option of Olé was better?

:D:D:D

May just be me but aren't these "great comebacks" exposing how absolutely shocking defending and coaching is nowadays?

I mean, I'm pretty sure about 10 years ago when it came down to the big boys in the latter stages they were always cagey, super intense, low scoring games with the odd exception.

Now, we've had at least 4 "great champions league comebacks" in 2 years where one side has smashed the other 3.0+ then gone on to lose - PSG, Barca (twice), Ajax.

Just a point how the game has changed.
It seems as though the majority of big teams only know how to be the hammer now. None of them have a plan B.

I dunno, I can see people down south also hating Liverpool, don't forget a lot of them live down that way.
I was referring to fans of Southern clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, West Ham, QPR, Palace, etc, instead of Southerners as a whole.
