The problem I´ve got with that is exactly the same happened in Roma last year. They obviously never addressed the issue and to be honest, part of the it is the way he saunters around the pitch on nights like these.

An unbelievable player. Probably the best to have ever played the game but the lack of intensity in his game is there for all to see.

Rakitic, Messi, Suarez, Vidal and Busquets all over 30 now and dont have the legs to keep up the intensity.

Its ok when Messi saunters around the pitch if you have high energy players around him to do the off the ball work but that whole midfield/attack together is too old to cope with the high tempo. Add in Coutinho who isnt known for his work rate and fight, then you have half of your team who are not equipped for that style. They need a good refresh.

In saying that though I did expect better technical quslity on the ball from them.
