Arsenal and Man Utd look so weak. Said it like a week ago, but if neither of them strengthen significantly in the summer they'll be easily catchable.

United need way more than that. They are utterly busted as it stands. imo. Rookie manager, no DOF, (Ferdinand, really?) every single position needs sorting, no CL.

They have tried everything post Fergie. Judges choice, (Moyes), Decent rep, (LVG), proven winner/anarchy, (Jose), now fans fave who "gets" the club. All have failed. By their standards anyrate.

Simple question to underline the situation they face. Who, on their staff, has spent a few months looking at the squad and targets they might go for? OGS? Woodward? Phelan?

And to cap my admittedly gleeful analysis, would you trust the current management team with the £1 Billion needed to get anywhere near the top of this league?

No, nor me.

I expected Arsenal and man utd as bad as man utd are at present,to even beat Huddersfield myself,
Think Utd are as collapsed as collapsed can be at the mo. Followed one of their forums today for some light relief. Brilliant!
Tempting fate there I'm afraid.
We've been commenting on the inconsistencies of the other members of the top six but in the main it's been them being strong that's kept the vermin in their place.
They and of course us, need to grow some for next season or I see a similar procession again.
Well, us is all that matters at the end of the day.

No. So I hope they spend it. Reckon we could offload another load of rubbish to them for a tidy sum.

I’m amazed they have continued to keep Ed Woodward in charge of transfers - he is brilliant at corporate sponsor deals but you’d have thought they would have limited him to that after his inability to get a cohesive squad despite multiple transfer windows and huge outlays. Extending Phil Jones contract to 2023 alone would be grounds for dismissal in my eyes.

Id be fuming if I was an arsenal or United fan. How agonising would it be to draw against Huddersfield when champions league was open for the win.

Does anyone know the script if Chelsea beat Arsenal in the Europa League final (provided they both get there)?

What happens to the place in the champions league from winning considering Chelsea are already there?

Well done Ajax on winning their first dutch cup final since 2010.Now one down two more to go.

Think the place goes to a French team but as always even Albert Einstein would struggle to make sense of UEFA's qualifying rules.
