Diving is miles worse than doing that and it happens every week. That just an unusual situation.

Here's another one - this is just "move it wide" - you see a winger do this twenty times a game.

I see absolutely no time during any angle where he even remotely indicates he's going to kick it out. Indeed, after he 'points' in the clip below he makes a clear 'give me the ball' signal with his right hand in the Sky video above.

For me it's just before he passes the ball. He makes a gesture with his hands while completely slowing down which isn't normal at all if you was just playing on normally, making it seem that he was going to kick it out.

Fair enough. I saw it differently in the other clip. That one deffo doesnt show him indicating he was booting it out.

For me it's just before he passes the ball. He makes a gesture with his hands while completely slowing down which isn't normal at all if you was just playing on normally, making it seem that he was going to kick it out.

But he does it before getting the ball as well - the exact same gesture. It seems to be a balance thing where he moves his arms that way in possession, or an instinct before making an action with his right foot.
