Honestly don't know whether I want Liverpool to lose or not tonight

Them going out would be hilarious and could do severe psychological damage

However, if they go out it means that they can focus on the League, which would be troubling if they managed to get their act together

If they go through it's at least two more games for them to play, but there's also a chance that they might go on to win it considering the teams remaining

All a bit of a head fudge to be honest

Personally think they don't have the mental strength to withstand the pressure that would be on them to win the league, if they went out tonight. They're already cracking (see the fallout after their draw at ours). Just my two cents.

To be fair, Southgate said he could just cap players and then never use them, but it's unfair on them. Think it's quite a nice move for him to not be so quick to tie up kids like AWB and Angus Gunn.

In his interview today, Southgate said 50% of the youth team squads had dual nationality and some had three countries to decide from. Give Southgate credit, he didn’t want players at a young age to make a decision and won’t cap players for the sake of it.

Loftus-Cheek needs experience of being called up because he's going to be a huge player going forward for both country and whichever club is lucky enough to secure his services
