Tell you what, maybe we should play Stekelenburg in goal against Liverpool. I mean, he's better than Pickford, right? His record is amazeballs.

So just because someone plays the game to a certain level, they know more about the game. Have you ever watched Match of the Day over the decades?

Once an ex-player sits in front of a screen and starts to make comments about what they see, it is an opinion, and carries no more weight than someone/others who have watched that game, or indeed have been watching the game for decades. Some of the biggest plonkers who have ever opened their mouths and spouted garbage about games have been ex-players...

Not an opinion on Pogba's performance. If you think that just being an ex-footballer means that it makes you an expert then fair enough. I just think that it makes you an ex-footballer. As per your logic then Thierry Henry must be 10 times the pundit that Gary Neville is because he was 10 times the player.

Yes, he is.

Stekelenburg is not my idea of a starting GK. He'd be infinitely more stable for our defence, though, than that gormless tit Pickford.

Yes but Celtic's board are more than prone to let money talk and by Scottish standards 7.5m is a lot of persuasion.

They're out of Europe and should win the league comfortably even if the tea lady takes over, after all they survived having Ronnie Deila managing them as a cheap option.
