3 teams have done that.

Liverpool, Bristol City, and Wigan.

The rest have been scared. Pathetic.

Can imagine Allardyces team talk before the City game started with 'Lads these are much better than you so let them have the ball and try and defend the box'. Allardyce is like Moyes and looks not to get beat rather than looking how to win.

City started quite well and seemed comfortable. But one bad pass from Sane and the RS punished them. Its been one way traffic since then. City put completely out of their stride now.
City have that Barca philosophy, so not sure I'd want them to get them in the semi final. You need a team that doesnt fold under their high press.

Liverpool attacking with intent. Liverpool pressing with intent. Man City having no time on the ball....press press press. Everything that was missing from the Everton team on Saturday. We actually let them have the ball and invited them on to us. Only way to beat City is to stop them getting into a stride and disrupting them. A time will come in the game when Liverpools energy levels will drop and that is when City have to capitalise.

It was the same against Arsenal away banno, if you get in their faces, don't give them any time on the ball and get stuck-in they struggle, but we just sat off, let them have the ball, and allowed them to lead us a merry dance, the worst thing was Arsenal were going through a bit of a bad time when we played them as well.

YOU all know how pessimistic I am in derbys so that’s a write off. But I’m not even remotely concerned these will win the UCL there’s far better teams who won’t roll over like city.

No way City are coming back from that. That gang of scruffs have another couple of goals at least and will slot away from home.

Absolutely woeful from Pep and I thought he would have been tactically more flexible, noticed it wasn't working as it's exactly the same as the league game and change it but oh no he's left it.

Game over now, City will need at least 2/3 goals 2nd half to have any chance against this lot

We start off with the handicap of being inferior in quality but the most galling thing is the complete lack of effort. You see teams who are absolutely dreadful give it a good go against the top sides, yet we disgrace ourselves. Not even a hint of trying to make things difficult.

Don't worry mate, Big Sam has just ordered a brandy after his meal, a cheeky cigar, and he's planning to watch the last 10 mins of this game to come up with a plan for Saturday.

You would have thought Pep would have taken a leaf out of Jose's book...but no, just ignore the best way to frustrate them.
