Only does well with wide players that will punt balls into the box or has players he can knock it down to.

He used to work well with Puncheon off him at Palace, Zaha, Bolasie, Gayle out wide. Same with Villa - Agbonglahor, Albrighton, Nzogbia.

I don't think Palace play to his strengths now and he's not very good at anything else.

I hardly ever comment about the manager or the board whereas there are countless people who post in the same threads every single day posting the same comments about how much they hate them. In-fact I really don't post that much in the Everton forum. There are infinitely more negative posters on there than me.

Yes, an excellent analysis. His confidence in front of goal is shot but his work rate has never dropped and he does hold the ball up for Zaha, Townsend, Cabaye, Loftus Cheek etc.
