Take a page out of Rugby League's book and trust the referee's decision i.e. if the ref thinks it's a try and the video ref can't disprove it then it stands and vice versa.

Indeed.

Who even refers calls as tight as that to the Video Ref?

Immediacy doesn't bode well with TV scheduling and all the revenue it generates for the FA, so I feel it'll only get much, much worse.

I was always a person who loved the FA Cup and I still hold the 3rd round in the highest regard, but I've barely checked the results this weekend.

I think this is the F.A. doing all it can to get Everton into Europe next season,

We need one of those teams to lift the Cup in order to make the 7th Place Trophy worthwhile.
