HSV have been an absolute mess for a few seasons, they have survived somehow when they had no right to, so this is finally the season they go down. They need to make massive changes at that club.
Wolfsburg are on a bit of a slide at the moment, I think partly cos the whole city is, they are all interlinked with VW, one thing gets affected, the others follows suit. But still, they should not be in this state, there are teams above them who don't have as strong squads like Mainz and Freiburg who play far better than them and survived.
Now they play Holstein Kiel in the playoff. So Wolfsburg will be huge favourites to win and survive again, Kiel are a small team who have done so well to get to this point, they where playing in the equivalent of the 3rd division last season.
