An early goal was the minimun requirement. Another one before h/t and you never know.

My prediction is for City to go two up by about the hour mark and a thrilling finale set up, only for an RS goal to kill the tie stone dead thanks to the anachronistic away goal rule.

City to score again to record a 3-1 “victory”.

I’m guessing , like me , you’re of an age where you’ve sat through it time after time. It’s exactly what I said without the hyperbole.

It’ll be painful , Standard I’ll watch for a bit with zero expectations and then city will probably score a couple, I’ll stupidly think it’s on and get excited and maybe open a beer. Then from nowhere the RS will net , city will make it level and then batter them for the a bit but either go out on away goals or the RS will pinch another . I turn the telly off and storm off in a mood.

Like I say standard .
