Jose has to go, right now. 15 points from 16 games is disgusting for Chelsea the money he's had. 14 points off 4th, 18 points off top, more than double their current total. Next week they could be in the relegation zone. lol Get him out, give somebody else the reigns with some wheeling and dealing in the window in January.

Would a different manager really make that much of a difference?

You're probably right. Fabregas, Hazard and Costa have been particularly awful.

There's only so much you can do as a manager when the players down to tools.

Probably, just by not being Mourinho. Those players aren't playing for him, look at Hazard pretending to be injured after a dive just to get away from him

Chelsea have looked so tired this season. They needed a spring clean of players in summer as most had just climbed the mountain (ie won the league) and were too old/tired to begin a new assault on the summit.

Yes. For a start a different manager would probably not be actively looking to wreck the team that employs him.

So awesome to see a fresh face at the top of the table 1/3 of the way through the season. If only it was Everton.... The thing is, I don't think we are far off from what they are doing right now.
