You seem to think Deulofeu's development would be fine as a rotation player behind Messi/Suaraz/Neymar.

However there is very little data to suggest that a) Enrique sees him as being worthy of playing that role ahead of other options b) that Gerard himself would be content with it even if it was offered.

That's twice as much as we've set aside for our stadium!
But you're right, just pay it and stop any nonsense in the summer before it even starts, once the rags over here get wind of it they'll be stoking it every back page you know they can't wait to sell our best players for us.
