City's CBs are poor, luckily for City Hart is having a great game otherwise Juve would be out of sight.

Sterling's poor finishing isn't helping either.

Edit - Hart now off with a hamstring injury, City having as much fun with those as we do.
Sterling is a bigger myth than Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster all rolled into one. The RS should be laughing all the way to the bank for the 50 million they got for him.

Speaking on BT, Robbie savage has just summed up United's search for a winning goal with accuracy and incredulity: “This is what it has come down to: Rooney, in the left-back position, pinging long balls to Fellaini. This is Manchester United at home in the Champions League!”

Huge boos round Old Trafford at final whistle
Ferguson will be spinning in his whiskey. Honestly to see how far they've dropped since he left is a credit to the man, and some of the [Poor language removed] he had in devastating teams.

I know they could go top of the league next week but with the transfer money they have spent the past few years and their salaries you'd think LVG could find a better balance between effective and attractive football.

Man U will probably win 1-0 this weekend, scrap a 0-0 draw away next weekend followed by a last minute 1-0 the next two weeks etc etc...and might well win the League. The Mancs will be hailing Van Gaals genius then

PS they thrashed us...their best game of the season by a country mile.

Not so sure about that, Utd fans aren't Chelsea fans - they expect both success and decent football.

How much Kendall's passing played in that thrashing hard to determine, both crowd and club were understandably distracted.

They thrashed us in extremely extenuating circumstances.

And when eventually we got with the programme De Gea was our nemesis yet again and then Jags stuffed up to present them with the third, killer goal.

How that boring, over priced, average team is sitting so close to the top of the EPL shows how bad the "best league in da werrrrld" really is.
