...hard to criticise the Special One but it amazes me that they don't have a few top options up front. I remember hearing that when it comes to transfers their are two 'p's' - potential and proven. Mourinho definitely shops in the proven bracket, trouble is there's probably another 'p' - 'past it' when it comes to some players.

I think he actually gets bored mate. He seems to relish his first season, consolidates and wins big in the second, then goes all meh, CBA . Gets a mega pay off, then rinse and repeat.

Dont think it is deliberate, like he doesnt go out to lose or anything, just loses a bit of interest or something. Odd really, and I am probably miles off!
