we wouldn't be the same after winning a derby? need to remember they've been second best in derbies for decades, they should treasure every win and rightly so. bragging rights at the end of the day

We haven't taken the opportunities we've had to close the gap this season so far.

it is frustrating isn't it. but if you would have told me at the start of the season we'd be 8th and top of europa group unbeaten given then fixture list and our injury list, i would have snapped your hand off. southampton look head and shoulders above us, RS, united and spurs atm and even arsenal - who have all had comparatively easy starts, especially united (who have lost every single away match) - just hoping we will actually start to put a run of wins together, we'd be flying then.

4th is definitely my aim for this season based on everyone else, but we could easily finish 7th

We won't get top 4 as we are shithouses when it comes to grabbing the initiative by the scruff of the neck. We have a weird complex at the club where unless we are 4 points behind someone we don't perform and if dare the RS drop points before us you can lay your mortgage on us not winning our match
