is it not now that Utd fans have lessened their clamour for winning pretty after Moyes, and they just want a win no mater how ugly at the moment. I think they know that Van Gaal has capably of setting up a team to win pretty (where Moyes didn't give that impression) and they are willing to cut him some slack on the prettyness for now.
