Plenty of points to play for but yeah, we might have to settle for a high bottom half finish. I tend to think if we carry on with our form though one of Swansea, Stoke or even WHU may come back to us. I defo think we'll overhaul Newcastle. If we cant get ahead of a team managed by that neanderthal Carver then we may as well pack it in.

We're not getting anywhere near the top 6. 8th would be a miracle now. We should only be looking at the other end of the table. What really is the difference between 9th and 14th apart from a few mill? All our eggs are in the Europa. A decent league season now is a top half finish and United and Aresnal getting top 4 t keep Spurs and Liverpool in our stratosphere. Stoke and Swansea are an irrelevance whether we finish ahead or behind them, they won't do anything next season.
I'm not suggesting relegation, however I think some people may underestimate how difficult this run in may actually be.
A lot of teams around us are getting results, where in previous season you've had a few whipping boys. Lots of new managerial appointments too.
We've had a little upturn in form but so have others, thus we need to begin converting draws into wins if we want to pull away from the bottom.
