Can see Arsenal doing their customary run in where they'll win 9 on the trot.

Anyone saying Spurs, Saints, West Ham etc will break the top 4 are daft tbf.

jeesh

When Lambert was interviewed after the Liverpool defeat, he was asked if he'd ever experienced such a run of games without a goal, which now stands at five. The answer is yes, and just a few months ago -- the team went five league matches without scoring throughout September and October.

Unexpected result yesterday but they played tactics and it worked. Take note Arsene.

Coquelin was excellent yesterday as was Carzola. The only down side is giving the Chavs and Maureen a leg up in the title race. That's City's problem though not ours.

Hope the team adopt that same format away to Monaco, tiny totts and manure.

Onward to Brighton, actually managed to snag a ticket. It was a cracking game 2 seasons ago under Poyet(2-3), so hope for more of the same. Expect Alexis and Cazorla to be rested for that. Hopefully we won't need them.

i really wouldn't worry about that ha, chelsea will walk this title.

they've already been to etihad, OT, st marys, goodison, WHL, liberty, sports direct and anfield i doubt they'll lose again this season tbh

haven't they won at the allianz twice in succession or something silly? they have been good. i don't know whether to cheer them or not?

would it be better for us if they don't qualify for CL and lose out n the money it brings which would bring them closer down to us, or do we want them stopping the possibility of a team like southampton getting 4th which could possibly add them as regular CL challengers for the near future?

i mean, if we pipped arsenal last season, i doubt they'd have got a player as great as alexi. soton won't be able to attract that sort of calibre, but koeman has managed to attract some fairly good names from abroad like alderwield, tadic, elia etc.

We won at the Allianz arena 2 seasons ago and got a draw last year, our best away performances in the last 2 years have come in Europe Marseille 0-1, goal in the final minute from Ramsey and the best was Dortmund last season when they were still good 0-1 again with the only goal coming from Ramsey.

Couldn't care less if we get CL or not just so long as Pool/Manure and tiny totts miss out. Perfectly happy with a Europa league place and doing well in the cups for another 2 years, might not have to wait that long if we miss out on CL next year:cool:

i think the league is just too terrible this year for arsenal to miss out ha

just seen ronaldo scored 2 more haha, ridiculous, he's scored 36 goals this season already, we're only in january! hope he doesn't get injured because he's going to do something special.

36 is about 10 more than something a team would be ecstatic to have from one of their players at the end of the season!

la liga is a bit tosh though, i mean those top 2/3 just win virtually every weekend. city and chelsea do slip up a fair few times against teams other than themselves.
La Liga this season has actually been far and away a more exciting league than this one. Look how close the table is, whereas this year City and Chelsea already have it all but finished

The Championship continues to be the most exciting league for me though. Not in terms of quality but in terms of excitement.
