Just watched the West Ham v Swansea game. West ham put a lot of balls into the danger area and ultimately scored 3 goals against a team that we just could not break down (even with 10 men)with all our tippy tappy stuff. Mind you, in Andy Carrol, West Ham have the best aerial player in the League

I was impressed by Diafra Sakho too seeing as it was his return match from injury. Pace & power - Just what Romelu should be doing for us but too often has his back to goal and no support runners

Just got back from Scunthorpe. Amazing scenes, seeing Worcester City's name up there with Everton, United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle etc etc is just phenomenal. Hope we can finish it off in ten days time and it better be on TV this time instead of a game nobody cares about, like today with Peterborough vs Colchester ffs.

Well played mate. Searched for you earlier, but forgot your user name ffs! Terrific result. Was the main game on 5 Live though.

Ah, well that's something at least :)

I'm still at a loss as to why Peterborough vs Colchester was on TV instead of a potential giant killing game.

i put aboout 7 or 8 potential giant killings on my betslip. only came through, about 4 drew and i missed off dover who created the one true shock ffs

@Jim Lahey Should be an interesting match tonight.

Thoughts?

(You're a United fan, right?)

Yep I am mate.

I think Saints will be right up for it. Rooney is back and has been in good form. I'd take a draw now if offered to me, going to be in for a tough night - although apparently Saints also have loads of injuries for tonight.

Interesting game, probably our toughest fixture of the season yet bar Chelsea. I don't think we'll win.

I have just thawed out from Sat.

Positives - had a good drink with mates from Bath/Swindon Spurs
- Woolwich lost to Stoke
- Rent boys lost to Toon

Negatives - sub-zero temperature
- awful train service as usual
- mind numbingly woeful football as usual
- made Palace look like Barcelona

Surprised by this, Pochettino had Soton playing football that I'd be happy to watch as a fan.

Any particular disapointments in the squad this season?
