or mccarthy. they're a one man team again, nobody else is a threat. chadli's been popping up with big goals mind you. we'll finish above these again this season luckily, despite all this luck, it's not as if they weren't lucky all the way through last season as well

I don't think that's there's been a more lucky side than Spurs this past month.

They were pretty fortunate last season as well, lots of 1-0 penalty wins after some slighly dodgy decisions. Their best form was in the immediate aftermath of AVB being sacked. Still got 4 points against us though.

Eh, you take away the beautiful passes, the goal scoring plus the excellent playmaking and he's just Solado.

I don't think that's there's been a more lucky side than Spurs this past month.

Remember the opening games last season...all their jammy 1-0 wins thanks to a penalty (the only way Soldado scores lol).
But credit where it's due, they played beautiful football in that second half (albeit against 10 men...but as I said earlier, we played 10 men for 10 mins v Swansea, and we certainly didn't play football like that)

What a player Erikson is. Would have loved to had him at Goodison, he plays that #10 role tho, about 9 players at Spurs want it too including Kane, Lamela & him.
