Very rarely tune in to European footy but really pleased I have this evening. What a superb 45 mins that was, two attacking teams going for it, players willing to run with the ball and take their man on and quality play all over the pitch. Fantastic.

Used to watch every game I could get on the telly but fell out of love a bit with it. VAR is gash, as are most premier league games these days. Only really watch our games now and thats depressing enough at times

I watch loads of old football - and the best of the modern stuff. This season's CL knockouts have been vintage. Shaping up to be one of the great CL seasons. But they've murdered the group stage. It was always boring, but it's utterly pointless now, unless you are the owner of a competing club. It has almost zero relevance to what follows in the spring as PSG's performances over the last two seasons prove.
