They need to enforce or change the rules. Constant speed should be a rule. Stutter steps are pathetic

Thing is, on another day, or a different team, or different referee or VAR, that's being taken again.

All subjective BS.

If you run up and stop, then strike it and score it should be ruled out.

If you run up and stop, then strike it and miss, then it should just play on.
