I think that becomes pretty iffy if they all go out bar Arsenal.

I know we're not quite half-time yet in these ties, but this has been a sobering week for the Premier League so far. There's been a lot of silly talk about domination - but people are reading way too much into the league table of what is, effectively, a warm-up competition for the real thing which started this week.

I still expect Arsenal and Liverpool to progress, with possibly one more. But that will mean losing half of the league's representation at the first proper hurdle. Pretty funny, really.
