Our original rivals and the “Derby” game was always Millwall. They are only 12 miles up the road and we spent decades playing each other twice a season in Div 3 (S). This is somewhat complicated by their primary visceral loathing of West Ham. They hate West Ham more but merely despise us for our comparative success over the past c60 years. The old guard at Palace see Millwall as the number 1 rivals.
We think of Brighton in the same way Millwall think of us. Uppity and above themselves with their shiny ground full of people watching their second team. Contemptible but not serious. To be tolerated but mocked mercilessly.
Charlton hate us ever since they had to share Selhurst in the 80’s.It annoys them like crazy that most of our fan base takes no notice and quite like Charlton.

London derbies other than Arsenal v Spurs have always baffled me. West Ham fans hate Spurs, however Spurs only seem interested in Arsenal and Chelsea. QPR hate Chelsea, yet Chelsea don't care about QPR or Fulham or Brentford. I was speaking to a West Ham fan who said he only hated Spurs and wasn't arsed about Milllwall.
