Should be played by the same rules throughtout the competition imo. If one club doesnt have it, then it shouldnt be used, Utd were lucky and maybe we were unlucky yesterday- would he have been offside for the pen?- so be it. Thing is, those mistakes, esp Utd, will only enhance its need in the EPL.

Plus their second goal their player used his hands to knock it down to score !
