Touching the ball does not mean it’s not a penalty. Cash touches the ball but it barely moves. It’s right in front of Soucek to carry on the attack but Cash bring hims down.

Having said that I’m not entirely sure why ours was overturned. It’s a missed challenge on the ball, brings the player down and denies a goal scoring opportunity
