There is a small part of me that would be bitter and jealous if a non Sky 6 team won it and it wasn't us, particularly when we went out pretty meekly, but yeah tbh it would be nice to just see proof it can still be done. And of the available options I'd probably root for Palace against most of them.

I’ve got huge respect for Wolves fans, their hatred of VAR is elite, they always chant against it even when it’s being used in their favour. Got to admire that.

Anyone but these telly clappers and FanTV specialists who just want content, I’d take absolutely anyone outside the normal 6 - not a bit jealous of them, Brighton, Bournemouth, Brentford, Palace, Forest, the latter at least seem a moderately successfully run club albeit thanks to the Mafia, and historically - but, it should be Everton FC ahead of all them pretenders and that does make me sad.

Honestly I had the game on silent because I was doing something on my computer, I saw the goal, then looked up what seems like ages later and I thought it was VAR for another goal, unbelievable and just ridiculous now.

I feel for Tanganga. He’s scored an OG and had an unfortunate deflection to play on Munoz for 2-0. At his only other appearance at Selhurst (for Spurs) he was sent off.
