How I wish we’d got EH in a few years ago, but me and a few others were laughed out of here though by the ‘not good enough for Everton lad’ brigade. Never mind the Saudi cash, he’s improved a lot of those players who were already at Newcastle when he arrived. He’s created a good system there as well. Never mind.

But the fact is his stock dropped massively in his last season at Bournemouth for overpaying for poor players and relegating them. But let's have it right...he was at Bournemouth from 2008 to 2020 and no top club went for him.

We 100% at a minimum need a decent striker and a winger.

That was then, this is now. Are you saying he’s not a decent coach? Because Newcastle‘s results and performances say otherwise. Another club that has now sailed past us. Oh how we laughed when they were marooned at the foot of the table a year ago.

I believe he had an attic room as a child
