the OG rule needs to be changed. if a goal results because of dumb luck bounce, its not a OG. However if a keeper like Davies starts swatting at imaginary flies and a header gets tapped in that should count as a OG.

Impressive from Howe at Newcastle getting results without Saint Maximin and Isaak his best attackers being available.

I thought he was a one trick pony at Bournemouth that played way too open but he’s got the geordies looking solid.

Nah he is, just in a team that plays nothing like his style is.

Remember how poor and lost Salah looked at Chelsea? Then went to Italy and they saw how he's comfortable playing and he was great, then... well, yeah.

Odd how it's always Chelsea in these situations tbh lol
I don't see that level of talent there regardless of how his team plays. Like yes he's a terrible LCB but he's played a lot of LWB and been really average

We ended up in Portishead, and Ashton Gate was way easier to get to than Eastville, plus, they had a decent team. Div 1 (in old money) soon after we landed. If they play each other, prefer City to win, but not that arsed compared to and Everton/RS game.

Yeah same, prefer Rovers but it won't break my weekend.

My Dad prefers Rovers, he played with Geoff Twentyman for a bit before he hit the big time. He doesn't know much about Bristol though, he just said stay out of St Pauls when I moved here. Bad experiences in the 80s I think. Obviously these days St Pauls is a fine place to be, cities change but it just goes to show how long impressions last on people.

At least we're not Villa eh lads?

Can you imagine the amount of grief Lampard would take it he got some of these results, conceding 4 at Newcastle or 3 at Brighton?

He gets edged out of a game by a single goal and some of our fanbase is absolutely livid with him, dread to think what the reaction would be to scorelines that other teams get every week.

O they would be all over him, just look at some of our player threads, the nonsense about Myko being poor being one good example

Yes the results people would be going nuts. What's weird is the results people bragging about losing matches because we didn't get battered.
