I'd argue Guimaraes would be a better fit for what we lack. I think he's absolutely top-level. Although I do very much rate Ramsey.

Guimaraes is a class player. Without him and Newcastle is a midtable team imo.

Guimaraes is a class player. Without him and Newcastle is a midtable team imo.

Ramsey is a good young player for a Villa or Everton type club.

Guimaraes could be in any teams squad...hes approaching the very best in the world.
