Call it intuition, but I have a sneaky feeling that he's going to fail spectacularly in the PL.The "genuis"

That's the problem. I don't think he will be given that. He'll fix that club if he's given the power and time.
Shows how easy Fergie had it, winning titles in the 75-82 point range, conceding 40 goals a season, losing 10 games and breaking transfer records every summer while English teams being awful in the Europe with the PL full of teams with dinosaur long ball tactics and no team having the ability to knock the ball about and getting embarressed by teams from mainland Europe who were light years ahead of the PL.It’s been this way since the early 2000s and the so called ‘big 4’. The PL want a ‘title race’ but only want it against a few select teams. They don’t care if the rest of the league is complete cannon fodder.
The days of the likes of Leeds Blackburn Everton Villa etc. ever winning the top flight again are over. Even if they got a team together good enough to do it they can’t compete against this refereeing on a weekly basis and unless they dope they probably can’t even compete in general.
Guardiola and Klopp have destroyed English football beyond reason in recent seasons. The rest of the league may as well not even bother. It’s a shock if these teams even concede a goal let alone drop a point now.

The problem with this United team is that they're a team of mismatched players. None of the players really compliment each other, let alone Ralf's style of footie.
It's like square pegs in round holes. I wouldn't even know where to start if I were Ralf.
Gonna be a good player IMO
He'll probably need at least 4 widows to get his players in... But he won't be managing after this season. Isn't he staying on in a consulting role after the season?Well he's only been given 6 months as manager but I'm talking more long term at the top.

The line i highlighted is what leagues in Europe have been like since i was born, Always been the cream at the top teams being the trophy teams, Barca Real, Juve Inter AC, Bayern, Dortmund PSG Lyon Monaco Marseille, Benfica, Sporting, Porto, Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, Celtic Rangers winning their domestic titles the last 30-40 years who are all the richest and biggest teams in those countries.
Only thing that has skewed it in England is a State and a Mobster Oligarch buying City and Chelsea to change the landscape which you could say stopped United doing a Bayern to the PL, United would be on 35 league titles now.
Football has changed now, no point harping back to the days you pine for, those days are never coming back, to get ahead in Football now you have to money, and most important to spend it right.

Happy for the lad. He must be on cloud 9 tonight!

So he'd have been just as screwed if he came to us then lolThat's the problem. I don't think he will be given that.

I guess so. I'd imagine he'd be taking over Ed Woodward's role as Football Director.Yeh that's what I'm talking about. He'll fix the club from that role if he has the power/time. He's far more valuable to them that way than he is as a manager.
Oh yeah... One look at Iwobi's fat ass and Rondon's curvaceous hide is all it would take to have instant regret! So he'd have been just as screwed if he came to us then lol
That is a commendable attitude. Can I have the winnings?Chelsea got my acca up.
Not even arsed if it was bent.
