My takeaway from the United game is that van de Beek's cameo had shades of Delph about it; "sod it, I'm not playing regular football so I've got nothing to lose. Might as well go out there and enjoy it."

I think van de Beek will be the centre piece of the new manager's first few games for that reason alone and will likely take him out of our clutches.

Different players sure. They don't have to be different positions though. I think last season they did it because they needed to. More quality in the side now.

Start Olise Patrick ffs. The kid is special.

Olise is terrific, has been excellent but not yet built for week in week out PL games. The fact that Vieira realises this and doesn’t just throw him him shows maturity. Plus Eze is not a winger.
