While that may be true, they haven't looked like winning a game for a long time, and the teams he is selecting are terrible.

I've never seen a team look so limp going forwards, but yet get torn apart by the counter time after time, while the manager stands around looking like he is trying to find out if his bus is coming.

They won 2 out of 2 in March 2022, i.e. in the last int'l break. So you could say they looked like winning then lol

I agree they've been incredibly poor in this break though. I think there are mitigating factors but we should've been better. Not deserving so much vitriol though I think.

When England do bad at the world cup, it will be because there is to many games in the prem league, players dont rest etc etc, despite England having none stop pointless friendly's, or having as many games in the last week as now lol the quicker International football is gone the better for me, as i only care about Everton and the normal football-i have zero feeling for Internationals

I think Ramsdale will be a good keeper in time, but No.1 is clear now for me

As for the Euro… you would have expected England to do very well at a tournament where they were in their home country for every game except one

One of the worst England performances I can remember in a long time. That should end any calls for Ramsdale though, absolutely no way Pickford concedes 3 of the four goals, two of them made absolutely easy by him. The sending off was a joke though

The difference a year makes, one of the best Euros tournaments in 25 years to getting chants of ‘You don’t know what you’re doing’ and getting booed off

Was as bad as the Iceland game that, Hungary not a bad side tbf. He wont be sacked, the WC too close and that will save him.
