English team beats a Spanish team in the semi final. It is the predictability that bores people, not the quality of the football.
City are going to the Bernabeu as even odds to win the match just about. Meaning to go through they're pretty solid favorites. Away. To Real Madrid. In a UCL semi-final. It's crazy.

How is it predictable it's pretty much even odds to who goes through with the next leg in Spain and who predicted 4-3

Again, context matters greatly here. Real Madrid were 3-1 up going into their home game and they were very much relaxed going into their home game and much less prepared for Chelsea's onslaught. The home game against City? For them, this is their biggest game in many years at the Bernabeu and their fans will be up for it, it won't slip.

Most football fans don't really understand context.
It's a good job you're here to explain things to us.

The predictability is that there are english and spanish teams in the semi finals. Again. Care to have a wager that next seasons semi finals will also have a couple of English and spanish teams? Maybe Bayern or PSG just to mix it up every so often, but other than that - predictable

And Chelsea needed to turn around a -2 goal difference while all City need to do is avoid defeat.

Most Emirs don’t really understand numbers
