There should be a rule where if you get relegated from the Prem three times in, say, 10 years, you’re not eligible to come back up until the parachute payments end. Knock some of these yo-yo clubs on their heads. The ones who get promoted, don’t buy anyone, make no effort to survive, pocket all the money and go back down.

What? He's had a decent year in a bad team. Parker despite being well liked hasn't exactly killed it. I'm not sure what's next for him but this hasn't been a bad year.
