Boycotts don't tend to work sadly. You'd probably achieve more by watching it and complaining to FIFA about anything you don't like. If their Twitter page is getting swarmed by angry fans because the Qatari's do something disgusting and sponsors start getting itchy feet then you've got more chance of them not trying something like this again rather than just boycotting the tournament itself
Money talks at the end of the day. If FIFA thinks the stink from giving Qatar this tournament will hurt their pockets going forward then they'll probably swerve doing business with them again

I'm not overly scared of them this season as opposed to when they have Silva, De Bruyne, Aguero schooling how to play football.
That's not saying they're not good, I just don't see them being as invincible as they have been.
Carlo can set us up to frustrate which I think will get us something
