Good win for City at a tough ground. They didn’t look great but neither have Liverpool to be honest, it’s just all about winning.
I hate Wolves nearly as much as I hate the RS. Remember that Wolf Man helmet who used to come on here being a smug, annoying man?Indeed. Play out their skins v city and not v the RS
I was more mid 80’s when we seemed to play Sheffield Wednesday or Middlesbrough in midweek cup replays every week !My childhood memories of Everton in the early 70s was that we never seemed to win at Molineux or St James's Park, both of which always seemed to be covered in fog!
Harsh shoreline on wolves but they should’ve taken their chances.
I'd say they dropped off a cliff there. Did well to hold City at bay when they looked to have dropped anchor in Wolves half.
Still, any port in a storm.
Indeed. Play out their skins v city and not v the RS
Im gonna predict us and Palace to be first draw of the season
Has 2-2 written all over it imo
Yeah thinking that too. Palace are going to be no pushovers
Think we will score 4 against palace.
2 × Richarlison
1 × Mina
1 × Doucoure
True, we only scored the five against Burnley under super Marco Silva boxing day 2018.Love the optimism. I'm struggling to think of the last time we scored four away from home

Could it be that United away game where we drew 4-4 in 2012?
Forgot that Burnley game. Yeah could be that 4-4 - I remember a few times we've put three past Sunderland and Newcastle away, possibly Villa as well, struggling to think of too many occasions we've hit four away.
